Most orders Ship Within 1 Business day.
*Excluding holiday periods, weekends and sale periods. Packing, Processing and Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. 

  • Our Standard Shipping carrier is Canada Post (or the postal service for your country). The postal service will deliver your package to the address indicated on your order. If there is no one available to receive the order, your postal service will generally hold your parcel at the closest post office where you will be able to pick it up within a set time frame. In the event the parcel is refused or not picked up within this time frame, it will be sent back to our warehouse with the option of re-shipping at cost or a refund less the shipping charges incurred. 
  • Tracking is available through the postal service or courier and will indicate the estimated delivery date. Times are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries. 
  • Express and Priority shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
  • Flammable items (Dangerous Goods/GD) are not eligible for shipping via Post due to government regulated shipping standards.
  • Shipping estimates do not include packing or fulfillment time (1-2 business days)
  • Akzentz is not responsible for incorrectly delivered items, or returned orders caused by incorrectly entered addresses at checkout. Please carefully review your address before placing an order, especially when using auto-filled methods such as apple-pay.
  • Refunds/credits for returned orders will be refunded less shipping charges.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable once the courier has accepted the package.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been shipped.


COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY
Akzentz offers complimentary shipping for most Canadian orders over $249 CAD, and for USA and international orders over $249 USD. Please note, some exclusions apply, including remote locations, as well as heavy or flammable items requiring courier service, which cannot be shipped via postal services. The $249 minimum is calculated before any discounts, taxes, or fees.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the event an item on your order is out of stock, it will be cancelled from your order and refunded to your original method of payment prior to shipment. This ensures prompt delivery of the remaining items in your order.

DELIVERY TIMELINE 
Once your order has shipped, please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking to update with a delivery timeline. For updates on your shipment after it leaves our warehouse, kindly contact the postal service or courier using the tracking number provided. For international orders, please refer to the shipping options at checkout for a more accurate estimated delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL, AND USA ORDERS (CUSTOMS & DUTIES)
For international or cross-border orders, please note that your shipment may be subject to local taxes and import duties as determined by your country’s customs authorities. Orders shipped to the USA will not incur duties due to the CUSMA agreement, as Akzentz products are manufactured in Canada; however, they may be subject to applicable state or federal sales taxes.

Please be aware that any duties or taxes are not collected by, nor payable to, Akzentz. These fees are determined and collected by your local or federal government agencies.

Akzentz cannot ship international orders with an undeclared value or mark them as 'samples' or 'gifts' to circumvent customs duties and taxes.
